Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
This page describes the key processing terms for ELSA SaaS customers. A signed DPA can be requested via support.
Commercial model: software usage agreement (license access), not a purchase contract for goods.
1. Subject matter
The processor provides software services including hosting, authentication and operational data processing for the customer.
2. Types of data
Account data, user identifiers, contact details, business records and technical logs processed within the SaaS platform.
3. Security measures
Technical and organizational measures include access control, role-based permissions, encrypted transport, logging and backup procedures.
4. Subprocessors
Subprocessors may be used for infrastructure and platform operations. Existing and new subprocessors are managed with contractual safeguards.
5. Assistance and deletion
The processor supports data subject requests and deletes or returns personal data after contract end, subject to retention obligations.
